Sue Ellen Davis
Sue Ellen Davis serves the firm in various capacities. She is involved in the final disbursement of settlement funds, accounts payable and office related finances, and other administrative duties. In addition to her work at Davis & Davis, Sue Ellen also is a lecturer at The English Language Institute of Texas A&M University teaching international students from all over the world. She serves on various non-profit boards and committees to include the Junior League of Bryan-College Station, the Delta Zeta Alumnae of TAMU, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Brazos Valley, The Girl Scouts Women of Distinction Committee, and the Alexander United Methodist Church. She and Fred have been married since 1981. They are also involved with Habitat for Humanity, both locally and internationally as volunteers and donors.
Teresa Herrera is a paralegal and legal assistant for the firm. She has worked in the legal field for 35 years and at Davis & Davis for 10 years. Teresa’s hobbies include volunteering in numerous local organizations. She is very involved in the community to include currently serving as President of The ARC of Bryan/College Station which provides enrichment programs and social activities for individuals with intellectual disabilities and Secretary of the Brazos Valley Booster Club, Inc. which supports athletes that participate in Special Olympics.
